4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Maintain required third-party accounts (e.g., hosting, advertising platforms, app store accounts)
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Delays in providing required materials may result in project timeline adjustments.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in applicable proposals or agreements.
Unless otherwise specified:
• Payments are due as agreed in writing
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced
• Ongoing services may require recurring billing
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment:
• Clients retain ownership of final custom-developed deliverables unless otherwise agreed in writing
• MIRASTART LLC retains ownership of proprietary systems, frameworks, methodologies, templates, and internal tools
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. SMS Communications
